What does Leksta speech analytics do?
Leksta transcribes every recorded call, writes a short summary, scores the conversation against your checklist, checks sales script steps, compares managers and sends the result to your CRM. An on-premise option runs on your own servers. AI chats and AI calls are available as demo access.
